NEXATECH LLC ("Nexatech", "we") provides computer programming, IT consulting, computer facilities management, other IT services, data processing and hosting, web portals, information services and specialised design. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Research participants
Interviews and usability tests are voluntary; recordings are made with consent and deleted after analysis.
3. Clients and hosted products
Client contacts and contracts; for hosted products we act as a processor under a written agreement.
4. The contrast checker
Runs in your browser; nothing is sent to us.
5. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, consent, legal obligations, legitimate interests (security).
6. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
